BESIX Group is seeking a Head of Cost Controlling for the Belgium & Luxembourg region to lead a sizable cost-control function within the BELUX Finance organization. You will oversee consolidation, reporting, and cost control for major construction projects while driving improvements and shaping standards across the unit.

You will manage a diverse team, collaborate with Project Managers and senior leaders, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in line with IFRS.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
• Ten years of relevant experience, including five years in cost control or project controlling.
• Proven experience leading and developing finance professionals.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Willingness to visit construction sites across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Mansioni

• Lead a growing team of approximately 12 Cost Controllers and directly manage about five team members.
• Own the consolidation of BELUX project results with IFRS reporting and timely delivery.
• Oversee project cost control including forecasting, actual-cost follow-up and cash-flow planning.
• Drive process improvements and act as a strategic business partner to stakeholders.
