Job summary

BESIX Group seeks a Head of Cost Controlling for Belgium & Luxembourg to lead a diverse team of cost controllers and manage multi-project financial performance. You will own consolidation, forecasting, and reporting across BELUX in IFRS framework, partnering with project managers and site teams.

The role requires a Master’s in a finance-related field and 10+ years in cost control or project controlling, with fluent Dutch, French and English. International travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
• At least ten years of relevant professional experience, including five years in cost control or project controlling.
• Proven experience leading and developing finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of approximately 12 Cost Controllers.
• Own consolidation of project results across BELUX with IFRS compliance.
• Oversee cost control of construction projects, including forecasting and cash-flow planning.
• Improve processes and partner with stakeholders to drive business decisions.
