ABB, a global technology company, is seeking an HR payroll specialist to manage Belux payroll operations within the Belgian regulatory framework.

You will handle end-to-end payroll, data integrity, and reporting while collaborating with external providers and internal stakeholders. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required, with a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to advance within the HR function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accountancy-Taxation, or related field.
• Several years of payroll experience, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian social and tax legislation.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP HR/Workday is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Belux, including onboarding and changes.
• Maintain payroll data, time/attendance, holidays and absences.
• Prepare payroll payments, perform monthly checks and support audits.
• Ensure timely completion of social and legal payroll documents.
• Generate payroll reports and respond to questions from staff and managers.
