Optiwisers in Brussels is seeking a Senior Agile Transformation Coach with 10+ years in IT and organizational transformation to lead a major public sector transformation project.

The role is hybrid in Brussels, requires Dutch or French plus English, with good passive knowledge of the second national language, and offers a B2B/Independent Contractor basis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Agile / IT organizational transformation.
• Experience as Agile Transformation Coach or Enterprise Agile Coach.
• Experience with maturity assessments and transformation roadmaps.
• Experience with operating models, governance and organizational design.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, flow metrics and continuous improvement.
• Experience coaching senior IT leadership / executives.
• Experience mentoring or developing Agile Coaches.
• Experience in large and complex organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• French or Dutch + English, with passive knowledge of the other national language.
• Available to work hybrid in Brussels.
• Available on a B2B / Independent Contractor basis.

We are looking for a Senior Agile Transformation Coach with 10+ years of experience in IT and organizational transformation to join a major Public Sector transformation project in Brussels.

Languages:

Dutch or French + English, with good passive knowledge of the second national language

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing Agile maturity and identifying improvement opportunities
• Defining a clear IT transformation strategy and roadmap
• Supporting the design of the target operating model and Agile governance
• Establishing KPIs, OKRs and flow metrics to measure transformation progress
• Coaching and mentoring an internal Agile Coaching team
• Coaching IT executives and management teams towards servant leadership and greater autonomy
• Driving organizational change and continuous improvement

What are we looking for?

• 10+ years of experience in Agile / IT organizational transformation
• Strong experience as an Agile Transformation Coach, Enterprise Agile Coach or Transformation Lead
• Proven experience with Agile maturity assessments and transformation roadmaps
