You will connect with key decision-makers, schedule meetings for Sales Engineers, and support translation and coordination across international prospects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, languages, or a related field.
• Native/fluent Polish and business-level English.
• Willingness to do outbound calls and build pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new B2B opportunities through outbound calls and targeted emails.
• Engage decision-makers across a broad portfolio of industrial and manufacturing companies.
• Schedule high-quality meetings for Sales Engineers and support client visit coordination.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and follow up with prospects.
