Vivid Resourcing is seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer on a freelance basis to design and manage data pipelines across a central data platform that supports reporting, analytics and business processes.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining data pipelines, integrating data from multiple sources, and advancing the Azure data environment in collaboration with data stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure data services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with Azure Databricks.
• Good experience with Python.
• Experience with ETL / ELT and data pipelines.
• Experience integrating data from multiple source systems.
• Good understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working in complex or enterprise data environments.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with technical and business teams.

For an organisation in the entertainment sector, I am looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join on a freelance basis.

The organisation operates a central data platform supporting reporting, analytics and business processes across multiple departments. The role will focus on developing and maintaining data pipelines, integrating data from different source systems and supporting the further development of the Azure data environment.

You will work closely with data stakeholders, analysts and technical teams to ensure reliable data is available for reporting and analytical use cases.
