The position offers hybrid work with 2-3 days onsite in Brussels and remaining time remote, ideal for someone who can present complex work clearly.

A client of mine are building a Datalake on Azure Databricks and require a Freelance Data Engineer to join on a long term project. The role will consist of pioneering projects which aim to revolutionize the industry and truly future proof this organization.

The client are open to hybrid working but will require someone who can commute to the office in Brussels.

• 6 years of relevant experience - ie, Data Engineering/Data Architecture
• Strong experience and knowledge within Spark and Azure DataBricks
• English speaking, French a bonus.
• Hybrid (2-3 days onsite, the rest remote) in Brussels.
• Excellent communication skills-- this is essential. We need someone who can present both their work and themselves effectively within multistakeholder environments.
