Sabena Engineering in Vilvoorde, Belgium, seeks a Planning & Preparation Officer to coordinate planning and follow-up of customer requests and engine work packages during layovers, using AMOS ERP workflows.

The role requires strong knowledge of AMM/ESM/CMM, fluent English, and high computer literacy. You will work in a small team or independently, liaising with production and logistics to ensure timely spare part readiness and cost control.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AMM, ESM and CMM and how they relate to airworthiness data.
• Ability to read, understand and implement work instructions, service bulletins and airworthiness data.
• Very good verbal and written English communication.
• Solid computer literacy for daily tasks.
• Ability to work in a small team and independently when required.

Responsabilités

• Plan and follow up all customer requests and engine follow-up during layover; manage ES Work packages in AMOS.
• Prioritize work according to customer requests and provide feedback.
• Participate in internal and customer planning meetings.
• Review and adapt Engine Shop workload to available capacity.
• Ensure staff, tooling and material are available and/or sourced.
