Job summary

Sabca is seeking a Planner to support senior teams in the operational management of Production Orders in Brussels. You will ensure resources are available to deliver orders on time, focusing on learning and improving basic planning tasks.

You will work with Central Planning, Procurement, Production, Quality and Program Management to optimize schedules and stock, while adhering to EN9100 and ISO 14001 standards and promoting continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management engineering, industrial engineering, economics or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience managing programs with turnover below €2 million.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production orders in SAP.
• Participate in progress meetings to prioritize orders based on capacity and materials.
• Optimize stock levels of finished and semi-finished goods.
• Collaborate with Central Planning, Procurement, Production, Quality and Program Management.
• Plan and organize Spare Parts lead times and requirements.
• Support Change Request Committees and adjust production orders.
• Ensure compliance with EN9100 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Mentor new team members and foster continuous learning.
• Protect confidential data and ensure safety and environmental rules.
• Report risks and apply preventive procedures.
