Optimus Search is seeking an experienced PLC Engineer for a 6-month rolling contract in Belgium. You will join an established automation team, supporting upgrade projects and ensuring production runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs in FMCG environments, strong PLC programming, fault finding, and optimisation, and can work autonomously with some site-based requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong background in PLC programming, fault finding, and optimisation.
• Experience in food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing.
• Comfortable working in a production-led environment.
• Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously.

We're working with a leading player in the food & beverage sector who are looking to bring an experienced PLC Engineer on board for an initial 6-month rolling contract.

You'll be joining a well-established automation team, supporting ongoing upgrade projects and keeping production running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who's hands-on with Siemens / Allen-Bradley PLCs and knows their way around fast-paced FMCG environments.
