Job summary

Dignify in Belgium is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Expert to turn business requirements and customer data into targeted campaigns. You will own campaigns from requirements to technical implementation, building audiences, segmentation logic and automated workflows in Adobe Campaign.

You’ll collaborate across marketing, data and technology teams in an Agile environment to deliver data-driven campaigns and optimized customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Automation or campaign management.
• Strong technical MA experience with the ability to translate business requirements.
• Hands-on experience building campaigns and workflows in an enterprise MA platform.
• Knowledge of SQL and customer data for targeting and segmentation.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders; Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Own Marketing Automation campaigns from requirements to implementation.
• Create target audiences and segmentation logic for campaigns.
• Build campaigns and automated workflows from scratch in Adobe Campaign.
• Create and optimize customer journeys across channels.
• Translate business needs into executable MA solutions and workflows.
• Work with customer data and databases to ensure accurate targeting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners and content teams.
• Participate in Agile stand-ups and ticket-based workflows.
• Share MA expertise and best practices with colleagues.
