ACENSI Belgium is seeking a Project Manager – Adobe Campaign Expert for a client in the banking sector. You will build and optimize complex customer journeys in Adobe Campaign and adapt SQL-based campaigns, translating business goals into targeted campaigns.

You will collaborate with MarCom and data teams to ensure campaign quality, improve workflows, and share knowledge. A strong PM mindset and proactive stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign or similar marketing automation.
• SQL knowledge to understand and adapt campaign code.
• Experience building complex customer journeys and automated workflows.
• Understanding marketing strategies including journeys, next best offers and contact strategies.
• Ability to work with complex data structures and translate business needs into campaign targeting.

Responsabilités

• Build complex customer journeys and workflows in Adobe Campaign, including adapting existing SQL-based campaigns.
• Improve workflows to increase efficiency and deliver more personalised client communications.
• Work with colleagues to understand existing campaigns, share knowledge and apply best practices.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of campaigns before they reach clients.
• Manage workload and planning in collaboration with your team manager.
• Contribute to the development of customer journeys, next best offers and contact strategies with the business.
• Support colleagues in learning and adopting Adobe Campaign.
• Develop a solid understanding of the organisation’s data structure.
