Under Armour Belgium is seeking a Sales Associate (part time) to join a high-energy, performance-driven retail team. You will help customers find the right footwear and apparel, provide a sincere greeting, and contribute to the store's success.

You’ll stock, maintain store presentation, and assist with omni-channel requests while working a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends. A competitive salary and monthly bonus eligibility are offered along with development

Qualifications

• Fluency in local language or English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• 0-3 months of retail experience in sports apparel & footwear is preferred or required.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection.
• Stock shelves, keep store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Support front and back of store operations and cash handling in line with training.
• Contribute to achieving store KPIs and sales targets through product knowledge and upselling.
