ScioTeq Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager ATC to nurture an existing customer base in the Air Traffic Management market across EMEA and LATAM. You will drive the regional sales strategy with support from product, program management, and sales administration. This role requires strong presentation skills, at least 7 years in technical sales, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

English and French fluency is required. The head office is in Kortrijk, Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent by experience.
• 7+ years of technical sales in a multi-level international B2B tech environment.
• Ability to present at C-Level within DoD/MoD and prime contractor base.
• Proven track record of year-on-year growth and deal closing.

Responsabilités

• Develop and expand the region in line with objectives set by top management.
• Manage entire sales cycle: presentations, quotations, negotiations.
• Create action plans to achieve bookings and revenue targets.
• Report progress with forecasting via CRM.
• Assess competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities.
• Adhere to ScioTeq ethics and business conduct policies.
