• Knowledge of quality systems, controlled documentation, data concepts, and change management.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Map and improve current-state processes, track adoption and impact of changes.
• Coordinate CRM tools administration, user guidance, and release readiness.
• Lead super-user forums, logs, and learning materials for user enablement.
• Act as CRM vendor and service coordination point for delivery and issues.
• Support audit readiness by organizing system, training, governance evidence.
• Maintain governance calendars, intake, escalation records, and taxonomy content.
• Compile metrics and trends for CRM OpEx leadership review.
