Cognizant is seeking an Associate Director, Business Development (Service Line Specialist) for Data, AI & Analytics in Belgium. You will lead sales and client relationships across AI, Agentic AI, Analytics and data solutions for Life Sciences in the Benelux region, driving growth and governance alignment with partners and customers.

The role involves defining GTM strategy, managing complex multi-stakeholder deals, and delivering measurable business outcomes with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in enterprise technology consulting / services sales with ownership of large, complex pursuits
• Demonstrated experience selling AI, GenAI or Agentic AI solutions with credible business outcomes
• Strong consultative selling and deal structuring skills across multi-year programs
• Awareness of data, BI and cloud architectures and governance implications in Life Sciences context
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English, with Dutch and/or French proficiency is desirable

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue and growth for the AIA service line across Benelux Life Sciences accounts, managing the full sales lifecycle
• Direct deal-pursuit end-to-end with Agentic AI-led offerings, workshops and PoCs
• Maintain regular cadence with key clients, translating capabilities into measurable outcomes and ROI
• Develop Benelux GTM strategy, offering commercialization and pricing governance
• Establish and grow strategic alliances with hyperscalers and AI platform partners, ensuring responsible AI and governance
