Cognizant is seeking a Service Line Specialist – Data, AI & Analytics to drive sales, business development and client relationships for AI, Agentic AI, Analytics and Data solutions across the Benelux Life Sciences market.

You will own the AIA service line targets, lead deals, engage executive stakeholders and develop GTM strategies with partners. This role is hybrid in Benelux, requiring collaboration across sales, solutioning, delivery and alliances.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in enterprise technology consulting / services sales with ownership of large / complex pursuits and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience selling AI / GenAI / Agentic AI or adjacent solutions with credible business-outcome positioning.
• Strong consultative selling and commercial acumen: structuring deals, value cases and multi-year programmes.
• Awareness of data, traditional BI and cloud architectures across multiple analytics platforms and domains; understanding of EU AI Act implications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue and Agentic AI growth: own AIA service line targets across Benelux Life Sciences accounts.
• Own and lead deals: direct end-to-end deal pursuit with multi-stakeholder negotiations; lead PoCs and workshops.
• Manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor to CIO/CTO/CDO/CDIO and business leaders.
• Develop the Benelux GTM strategy, sales plays and offering commercialization; package enterprise-ready offerings and forecast growth.
