VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. in Belgium seeks an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead service readiness and delivery to customers, coordinating with NCI Agency lines and the CSSC.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least five years of post-related experience, plus ITIL Foundation and Intermediate certifications. Desirable familiarity with military telecommunications and information systems, and a proven track record in service improvements and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline plus 5 years post-related experience, or 10 years’ equivalent expertise.
• Strong Service (Delivery) Management experience with ITIL Foundation and Intermediate Certifications in listed areas.
• Thorough experience in Service Transition, Configuration Management and Change Management processes.

Responsabilités

• Managing assigned service(s) to ensure service readiness at the level specified in the SLA by ensuring availability and support delivery to customers through close coordination with NCI Agency service lines and the CSSC.
• Driving continuous service improvements by providing recommendations to the Principal Service Manager and implementing agreed actions accordingly.
• Reviewing, developing, and enhancing service models and support documentation for customers, operations, maintenance, and training.

• A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years post-related experience as set out in the Duties OR exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 10 years extensive expertise in duties related to the function of the post;
• Strong Service (Delivery) Management experience with at least ITIL Foundation and Intermediate Certifications certified in either Service Design/PPO, Service Transition/RCV, Service Operation/OSA, Service Strategy/SOA and or Continual Service Improvement; or latest versions;
• Thorough experience in Service Transition, Configuration Management and Change Management processes and tools .
