Swatch Bruges is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to coach and motivate the sales team while upholding the Swatch brand values and delivering first-class customer experience.

You will assist the Store Manager with daily operations, staff development, visual merchandising, and achieving shop targets. Availability on weekends and flexible hours are required; a competitive salary and benefits package is offered.

Formación

• Store-based sales experience required.
• Advanced Excel and strong computer skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages a plus.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coach and motivate the sales team to reach targets.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and head office on inventory and staff scheduling.
• Maintain visual merchandising and shop presentation.
• Represent Swatch values in all customer interactions.
