Swiss Sense België seeks a Storemanager for its Oostende store. You will lead and energize a sales team, coach colleagues, and actively participate in selling while focusing on exceptional customer service and a strong store image.

You’ll be responsible for store results, market awareness, and driving the business forward with initiative. Weekend work and full-time availability are expected.

• Proven leadership experience in a commercial environment and customer-facing role.
• Coaching ability to elevate the team to perform at a higher level.
• Natural curiosity, market orientation and entrepreneurial actions.
