IBIS in Machelen near Brussels Airport is seeking an Assistant Manager who will be the right hand of the General Manager. You will supervise hotel departments, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure standards and quality while mentoring a team with strong F&B experience.

You will help develop offerings, maintain the brand, and craft memorable guest experiences. The role calls for a service-focused leader who can drive performance, foster teamwork, and lead by example in a dynamic hospitality
