As Assistant Manager, you will be the right hand of the General Manager, supervise departments, drive projects, maintain standards, and mentor the team. F&B experience helps lead service excellence and unforgettable guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the hotel's different departments and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Oversee the implementation of projects with the team, ensuring standards and quality.
• Lead, mentor and train the team with proven F&B experience.
• Ensure brand standards are maintained and aligned with the hotel’s goals.
• Strategize on new products and service offerings to enhance guest experiences.
