IMEC in Leuven, Belgium, seeks an ASIC Project Manager with strong packaging, test and qualification expertise to drive complex customer projects from concept to execution. You will translate requirements into robust packaging and testing strategies, coordinating internal experts and external partners while balancing scope, time and budget.

The role requires solid semiconductor industry experience, excellent communication with customers, and the ability to navigate pre-sales and solution design

Formación

• Experience in semiconductor/ASIC industry with packaging expertise.
• Familiar with OSATs and manufacturing ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and partners.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Fluent in English in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer ASIC projects: define scope, planning, budget, risks and deliverables.
• Translate requirements into packaging, test, qualification and manufacturing plans.
• Coordinate technical activities across domains and with partners and customers.
• Act as technical contact during definition and pre-sales phases.
• Support business development with feasible, commercially sound proposals.
• Keep abreast of developments in packaging, testing and qualification trends.
