You will handle customer inquiries across voice, email, and live chat, leveraging product knowledge to deliver accurate and empathetic solutions to Arabic-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Professional proficiency in English to engage with our international office environment.
• Prior experience in a Customer Support Services role is highly regarded but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
• A proactive attitude toward learning and career growth within the international staffing market.
• Valid EU passport (or eligibility to work in Bulgaria) is required.
