Job summary

Projective Group Talent is seeking a Test Coordinator to safeguard software quality in a non-life insurance environment. You will coordinate end-to-end testing, bring IT and Business teams together, and continuously improve the test approach.

The role involves managing test data, scenarios, and reports, with a focus on collaboration, analytical thinking and structured processes. Fluent Dutch and strong English are required, French is a plus.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira or ServiceNow and familiarity with ITIL, V-Model or Scrum.
• Interest in non-life insurance or IT environment within insurance or banking.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and continuously improve the testing process.
• Ensure test data and access are available for functional, regression and acceptance testing.
• Coordinate test scenarios and end-to-end testing across Business and IT teams.
• Keep stakeholders informed about test progress, quality and key risks.
• Maintain test automation and support a reliable, efficient testing approach.
• Identify and prioritise incidents, coordinating follow-up with all parties involved.
• Prepare clear test and incident reports and share insights with management.

Your Tasks

• Ownership, flexibility and a positive attitude towards continuous improvement.
• Fluent Dutch and good English; knowledge of French is a plus.
