Projective Group Talent is building a dynamic career path in Financial Services, supporting and coaching you to grow as an SME or in a leadership role. You will join a leading bank, insurer, or FMI and explore opportunities across Payments, Digital Channels, Banking & Credit, and Technology-Enabled Delivery.

You’ll engage in a Talent Academy, with coaching, learning sessions, and a path to permanent client placement after two years, including alumni events.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French desirable.
• Experience in technology delivery, digital transformation or IT advisory is a plus.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data programming languages.
• Prefer candidate with background in Financial Services or consulting.

• You develop and prioritise change requirements (epics and user stories) and document them.
• You act as an intermediary between business and technology stakeholders to align project outcomes with technology/business strategy.
• You contribute to the delivery of technology assessments, strategy development, and project execution.
• You work with Product Owners and scrum team members to drive requirements (user stories) through the full delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, and deploy).

Tasks:

Required Skills

• You are eager to build a career in Financial Services whether as a Subject Matter Expert or in a leading role
• It’s big plus to have previous working experience at Bank, Insurance Company, FMI (Financial Market Infrastructure) or Consultant
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have an entrepreneurial mindset
• It’s a plus to have previous experience in technology delivery, digital transformation or IT advisory
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Python, R or equivalent data programming languages is a strong asset
• You have a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French and in English
