Projective Group Talent is seeking a motivated professional to lead client-facing software implementations from initiation to go-live. You will coordinate business users and technical teams, shaping plans and configurations to meet client needs.

In a hybrid setup across Antwerp, client locations and remote work, you’ll collaborate with customer success, product and technical teams to move projects forward smoothly. A degree in CS/IT/engineering and fluency in English are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in software implementation or IT projects.
• Understanding of workflow systems and business processes.
• Structured work approach, prioritization, and adaptability.
• Fluent English; Dutch or French a plus.

You will join an international software company that develops a configurable platform for AI governance and model risk management. In a hybrid set-up across Antwerp, client locations and home, you will work with financial-sector clients and collaborate with customer success, product and technical teams to help projects move forward smoothly.

Your Tasks

• Lead software implementation projects from initiation through go-live.
• Coordinate technical and business activities across internal and client teams.
• Build project plans covering timelines, resources, budgets, risks and milestones.
• Manage client relationships and keep stakeholders aligned throughout delivery.
• Configure the software solution based on agreed business requirements.
• Support testing, integration, documentation and a smooth client onboarding.
• Facilitate kick-offs, status meetings and steering committees.

Your Skills

• You have gained a first experience with software implementation, IT business analysis, consulting, system analysis or a related field.
• You are interested in growing your project management skills in client-facing software implementation or IT projects.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, science, engineering or have equivalent experience.
• You have an understanding of workflow systems and an interest in how technology can improve business processes.
• You enjoy working in a structured way, balancing priorities and adapting when requirements evolve.
• You communicate clearly and like collaborating with clients, business users and technical colleagues.
• Experience with Jira or Confluence is helpful; knowledge of SQL, databases, software architecture or integrations is a welcome plus.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
