Job summary

Projective Talent, part of Projective Group, is seeking a Functional Analyst to translate business needs into smart digital solutions for a leading Belgian insurer. You’ll shape and improve digital services used daily by brokers, customers, and internal teams, acting as the bridge between business and IT.

You’ll contribute to digital transformation initiatives, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and help deliver solutions that make a real difference in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Functional Analyst/Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Enterprise Architect, and Zephyr.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with good understanding of the other, and fluent in English.

• Able to challenge requirements constructively and drive consensus.
