Keystone Solutions is seeking an AP/AR Accountant to join a client-site consultancy in Belgium. You will handle the operational follow-up of payables and receivables and ensure accurate posting of accounting transactions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, experience in AP/AR, and strong analytical skills. Dutch or French language skills are required, with English a plus; SAP and MS Office proficiency is expected. The assignment runs for three months, full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable; dealer/supplier follow-up is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with accuracy and ownership.
• Familiarity with reconciliations, open-item analysis, bank transactions and payment processing.

Responsabilités

• Follow up dealer accounts and supplier AP items, including open items and overdue balances.
• Review, validate and process supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Monitor AR input and ensure accurate posting of invoices, credit notes and payments.
• Perform account analyses and reconciliations, resolve discrepancies and document corrective actions.
• Follow up outstanding receivables with dealers and internal contacts, including reminders.
• Support month-end closing activities, AP/AR reconciliation, ageing reviews and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements, internal controls and projects.
