Job summary

PRG is seeking an Accountant to support multiple entities across Belgium, Netherlands, and France. You will manage AR and AP, handle intercompany invoicing, and maintain master records in our ERP system.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or Master's in Accountancy, 2–3 years international experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Dutch and/or French with good English. Oracle experience is a plus; MS 365 proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy (or equivalent).
• 2–3 years of experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Client-focused mindset and team spirit.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft 365 (experience with Oracle is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Managing accounts receivable (AR) & accounts payable (AP).
• Handling intercompany invoicing for AR & AP.
• Creating and maintaining customer and supplier records in the ERP system.
• Following up on overdue payments of AR & AP.
• Posting bank statements.
• Assisting with internal reporting (cash flow, AR files) using Excel.
• Providing general administrative and accounting support.
