Robert Half BV is seeking an AP/AR Accountant for a production and distribution client in the Mechelen region. Join a stable finance team with long-tenured colleagues, reporting to an experienced Financial Manager.

You will handle both AP and AR tasks, monitor aging, and support reporting and audit processes. Dutch and English language skills are required, with an emphasis on accuracy, collaboration, and accountability.

Formación

• Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in AP/AR or general accounting.
• Good financial acumen and meticulous work.
• Strong communication and sense of responsibility.
• Good Excel skills and fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage responsibilities within both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Follow up on customer payments and aging; communicate with international customers in Dutch and English.
• Record and verify invoices; process payments, with a significant portion automated.
• Prepare cash flow and aging reports; support annual audits and VAT reporting.
