Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is seeking an experienced AP Accountant to manage daily bookings of supplier invoices, keep supplier accounts up to date, and coordinate payment runs from the Brussels office. The role supports month-end closings and assists in the transition of activities to a shared service center model.

The ideal candidate has an accounting degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong English, and solid SAP/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree (preferably A1).
• At least 3 years of day-to-day accounting experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong Excel and ERP system experience (SAP or similar).

Responsibilities

• Daily booking of supplier invoices (PO and non-PO).
• Update all bank accounts and coordinate payments.
• Prepare payment runs and intercompany billing.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and month-end closes.
• Support year-end closing and transition to shared service model.
• Communicate with treasury for cross-border payments.
