Job summary

EngiFlex BV in Belgium seeks an AP/AR Accountant based in Kortenberg. You will manage the AP/AR workflow, monitor dealer and supplier accounts and support monthly closings with reconciliations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable; dealer/supplier account follow-up is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail with ownership.
• Comfort with reconciliations, open-item analysis, bank transactions and payments.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP/AR activities and monitor dealer and supplier accounts.
• Review and process supplier invoices, credit notes and documents.
• Ensure AR invoices, credits and incoming payments are posted on time.
• Analyse and reconcile accounts, document corrective actions.
• Follow up outstanding receivables with dealers and internal contacts.
• Support month-end close with AP/AR reconciliations and ageing reviews.
• Contribute to process improvements and internal controls.
