Teleflex is seeking a Product Specialist for the Benelux region to support the sales process, deliver customer trainings and foster relationships with hospitals and care providers.

You will travel across the Flemish region about 70% and report to the Team Lead Benelux. Key focus areas include increasing utilization of Rush portfolio and contributing to market development efforts with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Nursing/Healthcare background with sales experience.
• Academic or professional qualification in business or healthcare.
• Proven success in healthcare sales, ideally medical devices.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent MS Office, Internet and Email skills.
• Resident in the Benelux region.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Support the sales process through customer interactions and trainings.
• Plan and execute customer visits across the Flemish region.
• Update Salesforce with visit outcomes and follow-up actions.
• Prepare quotations with Team Lead Benelux.
• Develop external relationships with target groups.
• Monitor market developments and report to Product Managers.
• Contribute to budgets and sales strategies.
• Stimulate clinical research in collaboration with Product Managers.
