Arendt Investor Services (AIS) is recruiting a Manager for Operational AML & Compliance Services (CDD - 12 months) to oversee AML/KYC processes and CDD analysis in Luxembourg. You will engage with investors, distributors, fund managers, and asset due diligence while ensuring compliance with local AML laws and internal policies.

The role requires 4–6 years of AML/KYC experience, a Master's degree in a related field, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• 4–6 years of AML/KYC experience, preferably in fund investment.
• Master’s degree in law, finance or economy.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg AML/CFT laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, rigorous, and able to meet deadlines.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Good working knowledge of KYC/AML software (World-Check, CDDS).
• Ability to manage a small team, production planning and delivery with management support.
• Experience in managing projects, client budgets and timetables.

Mansioni

• Engage in Investors/Distributors/Fund Managers/KYC due diligence per local AML laws and internal policies.
• Analyze CDD information and documents.
• Escalate appropriately to management/compliance officers.
• Liaise with clients, manage queries and requests.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining internal/external reporting and KPIs.
• Provide training and support to team members as coordinator.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks per regulatory developments.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
