TCR Group is expanding its footprint in the Americas and seeks a motivated Remarketing Sales Manager to grow refurbished GSE assets across North, Central and South America. You will build relationships with aviation stakeholders, identify opportunities, and drive recurring sales while representing TCR at industry events.

This role requires a hunter mindset, strong negotiation skills, cross‑cultural fluency, and willingness to travel up to 50% with offices in Europe or North America as bases.

Qualifikationen

• Has previous sales experience with GSE or similar industrial equipment in Americas.
• From a GSE OEM background or has relevant sector knowledge (automotive, heavy industrial equipment).
• Possesses strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Is a confident, extroverted self-starter with a hunter mindset.
• Is experienced in cross-cultural environments and customer interaction.
• Is fluent in English; any other major African language is a plus.
• Is available to travel up to 50% of the time and able to work from Europe or North America offices the rest of the time.

Aufgaben

• Proactively develop and manage new and existing customer relationships across the Americas region.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell Refurbished GSE assets refurbished by TCR in ECO Centres.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with the ambition of delivering USD 3M+ in yearly recurring sales.
• Build a strong network across relevant industry stakeholders in the Americas aviation ecosystem.
• Represent TCR at trade shows, client visits, and industry events across the region.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including the ECO centres, logistics, and operations.
• Drive the go-to-market strategy for remarketing GSE in the Americas region.
• Analyse market dynamics, competition, and pricing across North, Central and South American markets.
• Deliver sales reports, insights and recommendations to management.
• Work closely with the ECO Centre teams to ensure product readiness and availability.
• Collaborate with the global remarketing team and attend weekly team meetings.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and support TCR’s broader international expansion.
