Thon Hotels in Brussels is seeking an All-round Commis to join the team at Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie. You will contribute to a welcoming guest experience, covering various F&B outlets and shifts in a vibrant, international setting on Avenue Louise.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position.
• Bar/restaurant experience is a plus.
• Customer oriented with the goal of making guests happy.
• Excellent communication in English, French and Dutch.
• Flexible with all shifts and all F&B outlets.

Responsibilities

• Amaze guests with excellent service and by going the extra mile.
• Provide attentive service and actively look out for guests.
• Work flexible schedules with varying shift lengths.
• Assist across breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar and banqueting.
• Monitor service and guest satisfaction trends and contribute improvements.
