Thon Hotels in Brussels is looking for an All-round Commis to join our dynamic team at Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie. You will deliver friendly service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar and banqueting, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

The ideal candidate has experience in a bar/restaurant, is comfortable working in English, French and Dutch, and thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Experience in working in a bar and/or restaurant is a plus.
• Excellent guest service with a focus on satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Amaze guests with excellent service across all F&B outlets.
• Provide attentive guest service and respond to needs during shifts.
• Work flexible schedules including breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar and banqueting.
• Put a smile on guests' faces and guide them through the menu.
• Monitor service and satisfaction trends and contribute to improvements.
