TVH Group in Waregem is seeking an AI Transformation Product Owner to drive the strategic realisation and value of AI across the organisation. You will report to the Director of Digital Data Products and AI and lead the adoption, governance, and change management needed to maximise business impact from live and upcoming AI projects.

You will build an AI-ready culture, work with department heads, and shape a scalable AI operating model, including an ethics framework and FinOps considerations.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their governance.
• Experience applying product-thinking with Agile/Scrum in technical projects.
• Proven change leadership for tech adoption across departments.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leadership to scale enterprise AI strategy across TVH.
• Define and enforce AI governance, ethics, and compliance.
• Drive adoption, change management, and ROI tracking for AI initiatives.
• Lead AI ambassadors and backlog prioritization per department.
