TVH Group in Belgium is seeking an AI Transformation Manager to advance strategic AI value, drive adoption, and establish governance across the organization. You will partner with the Director of Digital Data Products and AI to scale AI capabilities and guide a cultural shift toward practical, responsible AI.

You will lead stakeholder alignment, create an enterprise AI value framework, and build a high-performing team focused on delivering measurable business outcomes from current and future AI

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and data governance.
• Experience applying product-thinking frameworks and Agile/Scrum.
• Proven change leadership with non-technical departments.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership to scale AI strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director to execute and scale enterprise AI strategy.
• Lead AI adoption, backlog creation, and prioritisation across departments.
• Define and enforce AI governance, ethics, and compliance.
• Drive value realization with ROI tracking across projects.
• Recruit and coach a high-performing AI execution team.
