Yuma is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional project teams and lead AI initiatives from discovery to completion. You will work from our offices in Louvain-la-Neuve, Brussels or Leuven, or remotely as part of a flexible hybrid setup.

You’ll analyze client needs, identify growth opportunities, and present tailored AI solutions. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential in this role, with fluency in Dutch and English required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Ability to break down complex problems and develop structured, actionable solutions.
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving value in projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Analytical, curious, pragmatic, organized and flexible.

Responsabilidades

• Screen requests for proposals and analyze markets to identify opportunities.
• Meet with Clients to understand needs, goals and timeline.
• Present solutions and offers to gain client buy-in.
• Analyze Client objectives and create structured analyses for AI teams.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships as an AI advisor.
• Monitor trends to support internal sales and strategic growth.
