Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks an experienced AI strategy consultant to help senior leaders turn ambition into measurable outcomes. You will shape roadmaps, assess data foundations and governance, and collaborate with business and technical teams to drive responsible AI at enterprise scale.

You will work with clients to define value, design practical roadmaps and mobilise delivery teams, contributing to proposals and thought leadership in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of strategy, management, digital, data or AI consulting.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on AI or data transformation.
• Fluent English with Dutch or French proficiency; clear cross‑team communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI strategies, roadmaps and sequenced business cases.
• Assess data foundations, processes, operating models and readiness to scale AI responsibly.
• Advise business, technology and data leaders on AI governance, risk and EU AI Act.
• Mobilise delivery teams and contribute reusable insights to proposals and thought leadership.
