Keystone Solutions is seeking a Data & AI Coordinator to lead governance and delivery of scalable data and AI solutions for client projects. You will coordinate a Data & AI team, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure best-practice implementation of Power BI and Copilot Studio within an application maintenance context.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration with hybrid options, governance maturity, and driving value across client engagements.

• Certified Data Protection Officer.

Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a Data & AI Coordinator consultant to deliver a consultancy mission at our client, operating within an application maintenance context. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will perform the responsibilities below while working closely with the client's stakeholders to ensure robust data and AI governance, scalable solution delivery, and effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• In an application maintenance context, receive, qualify, and prioritize incoming functional requests related to data and AI governance tools.
• Oversee the implementation of scalable solutions, notably by maximizing the use of the solution's standard features, with the objective of meeting agreed deadlines.
• Assess business needs and qualify them by collecting feedback from Data team experts.
• Serve as an expert in Power BI configuration and administration.
• Manage resource assignment according to priorities as well as the workload within your domain.
• Identify and interact with various technical partners.
• Lead and report on the team's activities in the domain, tracking variances between actuals and estimates.
• Coordinate and mentor the Data & AI team responsible for application maintenance within your portfolio.
• Perform AI coordinator activities by evolving AI governance at the client.
• Catalogue all AI use cases at the client and participate in impact analyses.

Competencies and Certifications:

• Power BI PL-300 certification.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Certified Data Protection Officer.
• Demonstrable experience in application support and maintenance.
• Demonstrable experience as an application manager.
• Proven experience with Copilot & Copilot Studio.
• Proven experience with Copilot & Copilot Studio — Medior level.
• Proven experience with SAP Datasphere — Medior level.
• French proficiency at C2 level.

Should Have Qualifications:

• Project management certification (Prince2 or PMP).
• Demonstrable experience with ITIL and ability to apply relevant core processes (notably configuration management, change management, etc.).
• Responsible AI usage — Senior level.

Nice to Have:

• SAFe certification.
