Ersilia is seeking an AI Product Analyst to help enhance Donna by turning customer conversations and product data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to identify patterns, improve AI workflows and shape the future of our product.

This early-career role offers exposure to AI, SaaS and product development from day one, with clear paths toward roles such as Solution Engineer, Product Analyst or Product Manager as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience (recent graduates are welcome).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in AI, technology and SaaS products.
• Technical affinity and eagerness to learn new tools.
• Comfortable working with data and communicating insights.
• Fluent in English and eligible to work in the EU

Responsabilités

• Analyse customer conversations, support data and product usage.
• Identify trends and translate them into recommendations for Product, Engineering and Customer Success.
• Help improve our internal AI tools and automation.
• Work with AI agents to continuously improve their performance and accuracy.
• Build scalable processes that help Donna grow efficiently.
• Stay curious, connect the dots and always look for smarter ways of working.
