Esko seeks a Product Manager for AI Services to own the lifecycle of shared AI capabilities used by internal teams. You will consolidate needs, define the backlog, and align with strategy while maintaining backward compatibility and evolving capabilities with technology advances.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to produce testable requirements, drive adoption in production, and report on adoption metrics to leadership across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Product Management or platform ownership.
• Experience deploying and scaling AI-powered capabilities in production.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science or related field.
• Native or fluent proficiency in English.
• Experience coordinating with large, global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong backlog ownership, roadmap creation and clear requirement writing.

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritize the AI Services backlog for internal teams.
• Gather needs from cross-functional teams and translate into clear requirements.
• Bridge between Esko AI and product/engineering groups for success.
• Help teams bootstrap AI initiatives on shared capabilities.
• Document risks, trade-offs and keep roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Define adoption metrics and communicate roadmap to stakeholders.
