Esko seeks a Product Manager for AI Services to own the lifecycle of a shared AI capability foundation used by Esko product and engineering teams. You will foster cross-functional collaboration, define requirements, and maintain a prioritized backlog and roadmap aligned with AI transformation goals.

You will track adoption and metrics, drive stakeholder alignment, and guide teams through onboarding AI initiatives on top of shared capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Product Management, ideally on a platform or shared-services product.
• Degree in computer science or related discipline.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience delivering AI-powered capabilities in production.

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritize the AI Services backlog for Esko's product teams.
• Translate cross-functional needs into clear, scoped requirements.
• Bridge Esko AI with product, engineering and commercial teams.
• Guide teams to bootstrap AI initiatives atop shared capabilities.
• Document risks and trade-offs; manage long-term roadmap and adoption.
• Define adoption metrics and re-prioritize backlog accordingly.
• Communicate roadmap and trade-offs across stakeholders.
