Donna in Ghent is hiring an AI Data Analyst to act as the radar for customer insights and to run and improve support processes. You will be the first point of contact for users, analyze conversations, and translate patterns into actionable fixes for CS and Product teams.

Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus. You’ll work in a fast-growing SaaS environment, leveraging AI tools to speed up responses and content creation, while building scalable processes for a

Qualifications

• One year of professional experience in customer support.
• Fluent in English is a must; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
• Bonus: experience with support tools like Zendesk or Intercom (admin-level).

Responsabilités

• Be the radar by analyzing patterns in conversations and interactions to generate structured insights.
• Channel real customer painpoints into fixes and improvements based on prioritization insights.
• Be the first point of contact for Donna users with fast, clear, and empathetic responses.
• Monitor usage patterns and proactively flag accounts needing attention.
• Keep the Help Center up to date with new features and documentation.
• Leverage AI tools to draft responses, generate help content, and spot patterns in ticket data.
• Scale processes for 3x more customers from day one.
