Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a data/analyst role.
• Experience in data analysis and interpretation (SQL/Python).
• Experience in data management: cataloging, modelling, quality, contracts.
• Pragmatic, value-driven, able to translate business context into data product requirements.
• Strong problem solving and cost-benefit mindset.
• Understand end-to-end data flows; can zoom in/out.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Curious about AI; comfortable experimenting with AI tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tooling (Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence).
• English fluency; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and translate into data-driven questions leveraging AI.
• Identify optimal data product solutions balancing value and cost.
• Design semantic data models with data engineers.
• Ensure data quality and data contracts with owners.
• Manage data product backlog for a data domain.
• Promote data democratization via documentation and training.
• Oversee lifecycle and lineage of data products; explore AI opportunities.
