Ersilia is seeking an AI Product Analyst to help enhance Donna by turning customer conversations and product data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to identify patterns, improve AI workflows and shape the future of our product.

This early-career role offers exposure to AI, SaaS and product development from day one, with clear paths toward roles such as Solution Engineer, Product Analyst or Product Manager as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience (recent graduates are welcome).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in AI, technology and SaaS products.
• Technical affinity and eagerness to learn new tools.
• Comfortable working with data and communicating insights.
• Fluent in English and eligible to work in the EU

About the role

We’re looking for an AI Product Analyst to help us improve Donna by turning customer conversations and product data into actionable insights.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success, identifying recurring patterns, improving our AI workflows, and helping shape the future of our product. Rather than responding to support tickets, you’ll focus on understanding why users struggle and how we can solve those problems at scale.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in AI, SaaS and Product.
