Ersilia is seeking an AI Product Analyst in Belgium to transform customer conversations and product data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to identify patterns, improve AI workflows, and shape the future of our product.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career aiming to grow in AI, SaaS, and product. You will analyze conversations and usage data, extract trends, and translate findings into recommendations that impact product

Competenze

• 0-3 years of experience (recent graduates are welcome).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in AI, technology and SaaS products.
• Technical affinity and eagerness to learn new tools.
• Comfortable working with data and communicating insights.
• Fluent in English and eligible to work in the EU

Mansioni

• Analyse customer conversations, support data and product usage.
• Identify trends and translate them into recommendations for Product, Engineering and Customer Success.
